Evan Plotkin is the son of the company's founder, Samuel D. Plotkin. He was appointed President of the company in 1996 after spending 14 years training, mastering and working in every aspect of the business. Evan's business principles are modeled after his grandfather and father who believed that business acumen is rooted in personal integrity. In a business environment dominated by technology and nanosecond communication, Evan still holds true to the business practices handed down to him - close every deal with a handshake. This simple gesture supports the history of the company and the business practices of NAI Samuel D. Plotkin and Associates today. As President of NAI Samuel D. Plotkin and Associates, a Springfield based real estate firm that has expanded to all 50 states in the U.S. through its' affiliation with NAI Global, he also serves on the NAI Property Management Council, a 30-member group that shares business practices, ideas and advancements to keep up with today's competitive business world. Evan and his wife Martha, reside in Somers Connecticut with their three children. A musical family, they can often times be seen performing individually or together with the Dan Kane Singers. Tess and Julian are both musical and sports enthusiasts, and Sam is a soloist who recently recorded a CD in Nashville.

Formerly a managing trustee of the "Berkshire Business Trust", a $170,000,000 retail portfolio, Bill offers a superior sales background and more than 20 years experience in the real estate industry. As Senior Vice President and owner of commercial property as well, he provides valuable insight to his clients and is an expert in leasing and sales in the Western Massachusetts market. Bill is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the commercial real estate division, offering concept-to-completion management of real estate development projects for clients seeking to relocate, expand or renovate. Liam began his career with NAI Samuel D. Plotkin and Associates in 1998, managing over 2,000,000 square feet of commercial property before expanding his expertise to the commercial real estate brokerage division. Offering his extensive background in budgeting and financial planning, and as a consistent top performer in commercial real estate sales, Liam was named partner in 2005. He also brings four years experience in residential sales, specializing in condominium and investment property sales, primarily selling for banks, the FDIC, and local developers. Liam is responsible for managing and overseeing all commercial real estate transactions within the brokerage division, as well as representation of landlords and tenants, handling all forms of commercial sales and leasing. His speed and knowledge of market areas and commercial lease structures enable him to negotiate the best terms possible for his clients. Liam is closely involved in recruiting and training and those he mentors reflect one of his core beliefs, that excellent brokers are not salespeople but purveyors of accurate information.
